Who do dat VooDoo that Frenchy do? What? Oh – Frenchy’s at the 2015 VooDoo Music Experience this year! Voodoo Music Fest is one of the best festies in the United States. Taking place every year right around Halloween, the festival features a broad swath of entertainment; from metal and alternative to indie, folk, electronic, and hip-hop with a dash of homegrown New Orleans food and music. It truly is an experience. This year it runs from October 30 to November 1.
Frenchy will be creating live paintings at the venue featuring The Zach Brown Band and Slightly Stoopid.
Zac Brown has taken the world by storm by combining elements of southern jam and new country. He gets serious radio arirplay, but has the musicianship to gain the respect of the rock and jam crowd in the live setting:
The funk meets reggae meets rock meets hip-hop madness of Slightly Stoopid will energize Frenchy. A crazy live show and dedicated fan base makes a great subject for a live painting by Frenchy. Check in during and after VooDoo to see what Frenchy’s up to and get a glimpse of the paintings.
VooDoo is certainly one of the hottest events in the US festival circuit. If you haven’t lived the VooDoo Experience you need to! Killer, eclectic music and great food. Not your typical festival/fair food, but excellent selections from a town that knows its eats. Rock by day and party by night in New Orleans, this festival just has more to offer than most others.
