In case you haven’t noticed, it’s Pink October – a month dedicated to raising awareness for breast cancer; breast cancer victims, survivors, research, treatments, and fundraising. Frenchy will be building on his relationship with Harrah’s Casino (he did the art direction for the New Orleans Casino’s HooDoo Lounge) and creating a live painting for Fashion on Fulton for a Cure.
This show is hosted by the casino and aims to support the American Cancer Society by donating all proceeds from the event to support Breast Cancer Awareness Month. First is a fashion show held at the Fulton Street Gazebo and hosted by Project Runway winner, Anthony Auld. Next, it gets a little crazy as local celebrities walk the runway sporting bras created by Harrah’s. Winner’s will be chosen by which bra gets the most in its collection plate.
Frenchy’s live painting of this charity event will also be auctioned to raise money to fight breast cancer.
Come by and catch Frenchy in action, support a wonderful cause, get yourself a pink specialty cocktail and have a blast!
